Shipping policy

Orders received will be processed and shipped out within 3 -5 working days. (Excluded weekends) The delivery will take place via DHL (West M’sia) and DHL (East M’sia). The tracking number will be provided to customers via gmail that you provided once we have shipped out your order. We also will take into consideration products available and will advise accordingly if any delay in delivery time.

Calculating Delivery Fees
Whereby currently we engage DHL delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

For East M’sia, DHL is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on the process and weight of the shipment.

How long will it takes to receive my order ?
* FOR READY STOCK. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 working days receiving the full payment.
* Parcels will usually arrive in 3-5 working days (West Malaysia), 7-14 days (East Malaysia)
