1. Orders & Shipping
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping for West Malaysia is free! For East Malaysia, shipping rates depend on the product and your location. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are READY STOCK and will be processed within 72 hours after full payment is received. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 7–14 working days
International shipping: We also deliver to countries like Singapore. Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 012-735 3116 before purchasing.
Pre-orders & urgent orders
Some items may require extra waiting. If you place a pre-order, we will do our best to expedite processing. As a token of appreciation for your patience, extra gifts may be included with your order.

Does Cash On Delivery service provided ?
Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) is available only for West Malaysia customers. A RM5 surcharge applies to COD orders. Please note that COD can only be arranged via WhatsApp or Messenger and is not available through the website checkout.
3. Warranty & Returns
Do all products have a 1-year warranty?
Yes. All BBELL products purchased at full price are covered under a 1-year warranty. Our professional after-sales team is ready to assist with any questions or concerns regarding your warranty.
What about returns?
We offer 7-day free returns for:
- Missing parts upon delivery
- Defective parts detected at delivery
- Significant product defects
