Refund Policy

Product sold are not entitle for refund unless it meet the below following condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, label still attached.

For any return request that falls under the below category will not be considered.
* The colour of products may vary due to the studio lighting used, and please allow 20% of colour variation in the real product as compared to the actual product. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via WhatsApp Live Chat or via our Facebook Page, the BBELL Support Team will gladly assist you. For return shipments that didn’t manage to notify us, we will keep them for 180 days & will be considered void after 180 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through WhatsApp that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send you the receipt once the refund is processed.
If the product does not have any defects, we will only refund the product's actual value and will not include the original shipping fees.
Refunds in the form of cash vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
