1. Is it plastic?

Silicone is not plastic—they are completely different materials.

Silicone is safe and can withstand temperatures from -60°C to 260°C. It is a higher-performance, safer, and more environmentally friendly polymer material. This is why it is widely used in baby bottle nipples, baking molds, medical implants, and other fields that require extremely high safety and durability.

2. Is it toxic? Is it safe?

BBELL silicone kitchen tools are made of food-grade platinum silicone and are certified by the LFGB European food safety standard. They are 100% safe to use.

3. Will the silicone spatula develop bubbles?

As long as it is not soaked in boiling oil or a hot pan for extended periods, it will be fine. Our tools are heat-resistant up to 260°C, so normal stirring and frying are definitely safe.

4. Will silicone kitchen tools change color? (Turn Yellow / Darken)

Slight darkening or yellowing over time is normal. This can be caused by high heat, stains, pigments from food/sauces, or exposure to moisture and air. You can clean it with a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda or toothpaste.

5. Will the surface of silicone tools become sticky after long-term use?

Our tools generally do not have this issue. Stickiness is usually caused by inadequate cleaning or storage.

Since silicone is oil-absorbent, residual oil can build up if not cleaned properly. Please clean it thoroughly immediately after use.

6. Warranty & Return Policy

Covered: Utensil breakage, silicone bubbling, or melting under normal use.

Damage during shipping is eligible for compensation (Please notify within 7 days of receipt and return with original packaging).

For ready stock item deliver to West Malaysia, it takes between 3 - 7 working days for your product to reach to you.
For ready stock item deliver to East Malaysia, it takes between 7 - 14 working days for your product to reach to you.
