While all natural wood wears over time, BBELL boards are premium quality with no additives. A 1-year warranty is provided, and our after-sales team is ready to assist.
3. Why is ebony naturally antibacterial?
Ebony is high-density wood with fine pores. It absorbs less moisture and resists bacteria and mold better than ordinary wood or bamboo. No chemical treatments are needed—just clean and dry after use.
4. What’s Covered for Ebony Cutting Board 1-Year Warranty?
Our African ebony cutting board is made from a single solid piece of wood, not composite. If it cracks or splits under normal kitchen use, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement under our warranty.

6. Warranty & Return Policy
1. Buyers must check all the items within 7 days from the date they receive the parcel. All damaged items can be sent back to company for proper professional checking. We will refund on product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship before they use it.
2.This product comes with 1 year warranty. All products must keep in good condition (without strong force exert on the products, low humidity level, low temperature, without burning and others). If defects (brittle, become yellow or black colour) happen (exclude accidental damage), all damaged items can be sent back on customer’s cost to company for proper professional checking.

For ready stock item deliver to West Malaysia, it takes between 3 - 7 working days for your product to reach to you.
For ready stock item deliver to East Malaysia, it takes between 7 - 14 working days for your product to reach to you.
