1. What material is the base of the dying rack?
It's made of food-grade PP material—safe, sturdy, and reliable!
2. Does the drying rack accumulate water.
Our Drying Rack features an automatic drainage design that directs most water away. A small amount of moisture at the base is normal and doesn’t affect functionality. Just place it in a well-ventilated area, and it will air dry naturally over time.
3. Worried about size compatibility?
You can refer to the size chart. The drainage pipe under the base can rotate 360° for flexible positioning. It doesn’t take up much space, and its double-layer design maximizes kitchen space while keeping your dishes neatly organized. So, space won’t be an issue.
4. Is the drying rack made of 304 or 316 stainless steel?
304 Stainless Steel: Resistant to acids and alkalis, widely used in tableware, kitchenware, and household items. Food-grade 304 undergoes special treatment to reduce bacterial retention—legitimate products are labeled "SUS304."

For ready stock item deliver to West Malaysia, it takes between 3 - 7 working days for your product to reach to you.
For ready stock item deliver to East Malaysia, it takes between 7 - 14 working days for your product to reach to you.
