What’s more, BBELL’s electric steamer is designed with energy-saving technology, making it both efficient and economical to use.

You can simply press the FUNCTION or CANCEL button to pause the heating, then safely open the lid, lift out the steaming tray, and add water as needed.

Here is a maximum water level line marked inside the steamer. Once filled to this level, you can use it continuously for 120 minutes without the water drying up.

Even in case of accidental dry heating, it will automatically cut off the power for safety.

Our steamer tray is specially designed to reduce condensation buildup. It helps prevent steam and water droplets from making your buns soggy during cooking.

The silicone pads included with your steamer can be placed directly in the pot while steaming — they’re heat-resistant up to 240°C and are designed to:

• Prevent sticking between food and the steaming tray
• Reduce excess moisture, so buns stay fluffy and won’t get soggy
• Allow steady steam circulation for even cooking

Normally, with the 4L water tank filled and when using our preset cooking functions, dry boiling is very unlikely to occur. Even in the rare case of dry boiling, our electric steamer is equipped with an automatic power-off feature that will activate to ensure safety.

All parts of the steamer that come into contact with heat are completely plastic-free. The entire inner body, including the frame, is made of food-grade stainless steel.

What’s more, our steamer is SIRIM certified — meaning it has passed strict testing by multiple national regulatory bodies.

Covered: Electrical components, metal parts, and factory defects (e.g., not powering on, circuit failure).

Damages caused during transportation, including dents, are eligible for compensation (Please notify within 7 days of receipt and return with original packaging. If any damage is found upon unboxing, please refrain from using it and immediately return it to our company for replacement. No compensation will be provided for any signs of use).

Returned products must be properly packaged. Damage during return shipping is not the company's responsibility.

Small accessory replacements may require customer service verification and may incur charges in some cases.

Please provide photos or videos when reporting issues for faster verification.

Not covered: Damage caused by improper use, human damage, abnormal household voltage, external electrical issues, or force majeure events.

Unauthorized modification or repair will void the warranty.
