To best protect the blue diamond coating and extend its lifespan, we recommend the following:

• Use the blue diamond inner pot for cooking rice, baking cakes, and preparing foods without bones or shells.
• For seafood, bone-in dishes, or soups, you can use the stainless steel inner pot instead.

This way, you can enjoy the non-stick convenience of the blue diamond pot while avoiding unnecessary wear.

• Outer layer and handles: Made of heat-resistant, food-grade PP material – stays cool to the touch during and after cooking, and does not release any toxins.
• Inner structure: Features an aluminum plate and stainless steel frame – ensures the lid can withstand high pressure safely.
• Sealing ring: Made of food-grade silicone – heat-resistant, maintains an airtight seal, and prevents steam leakage.

This combination of materials allows the lid to handle high pressure safely while protecting your health and delivering reliable performance.

Under normal use, the pot shouldn’t run dry. But even in the rare case of overheating or dry heating, our electric pressure cooker is equipped with an automatic dry-boil shutdown feature that cuts off power to ensure safety.

Our pressure cooker is designed with multiple safety features, including over-pressure protection and automatic power-off in case of overheating, ensuring safe operation at all times.

What’s more, our cooker is SIRIM certified — meaning it has passed strict testing by multiple national regulatory bodies.

Maximum it can cook up to 8–10 cups of rice. The electric pressure cooker will automatically adjust the cooking time based on the amount, so there's no need to worry.

The minimum is 2 cups of rice. It is not recommended to cook less than 2 cups, as using too little rice may cause the bottom to burn.

Covered: Electrical components, metal parts, and factory defects (e.g., not powering on, circuit issues).

Damages caused during transportation, including dents, are eligible for compensation (Please notify within 7 days of receipt and return with original packaging. If any damage is found upon unboxing, please refrain from using it and immediately return it to our company for replacement. No compensation will be provided for any signs of use).

Returned products must be properly packaged. Damage during return shipping is not the company's responsibility.

Small accessory replacements may require customer service verification and may incur charges in some cases.

Not covered: Damage caused by improper use, human damage, abnormal household voltage, external electrical issues, or force majeure events.
